Can you guess what this food is?
The first person who guesses correctly will receive a free book called, "Refuting Evolution" by Jonathan Sarfati.
Here is a photo with a kitchen spoon next to the food for size reference. The skin is soft and difficult to peel. You do not eat the skin.
Each one has a seed inside of it and can have up to four seeds.
While some experiementing is being done for medicinal use from the seed, (especially for ulcers) it is not edible.
The inside of this food is about the consistency of a boiled egg yolk. You can probably tell by the color that it is rich in nutrients, especially calcium, phosphorus, and carotene.
Try your guessing skills and expand your kitchen and science knowledge. The contest will be open until Wed., March 31 at 11:00 p.m., Miami time.
