Burt's Pumpkin Farm

Pumpkins anyone?

We enjoyed a day at Burt's Pumpkin Farm in Georgia last week.

We went with dear friends who put up with us on a regular basis.
(The wheelbarrows were for taking your pumpkins to the car!)

There were beautiful gourds, Indian corn, squash...

and more pumpkins than I could count, colors I never knew pumpkins existed!

We enjoyed a hayride through 2 miles of beautiful woods,
just starting to turn into autumn colors.

We seriously searched for just the right pumpkin...

and talked to a few scarecrows.

A bit of sun, a picnic lunch, pumpkin rolls,
and great fellowship,

and walking through a stunning array
of colorful pumpkins made for some tired but happy feet.

"... the Earth is full of the goodness of the Lord."
Psalm 33:5
